Refund policy

Refund: We want you to enjoy the art for years ahead! Shipping paintings safely is not an easy thing, so make sure you pick the right piece for your home. Check photos and videos, check out Instagram page and contact us for more information about originals. All original purchases are final; as they come with a special and unique gift just for you and we pay a generous amount to ship them via courier.

Damaged artwork: There will be unpacking instructions on your package. Please open with clean hands and handle very carefully. When you receive your artwork if it is damaged you need to document (video, image) immediately after receiving, so we can contact the insurance company. If it is not documented at the moment of unpacking they might decide it is later damage. 

Lost and Stolen: If your package is marked “Delivered” but is nowhere to be found, please first check your confirmation email to ensure that you provided the correct shipping address. We are unable to replace any print order for free if the shipping address is incorrect.
If you believe the order to have been stolen, please provide evidence of the matter so we can arrange to have a replacement sent out to you.
